Update to Local Notice to Mariners 23/2024

Underwater obstructions are now marked with a lit isolated danger mark

53°17.02“ N 003°49.36“ W

All vessels should exercise extreme caution when entering the harbour, and an exclusion zone of 100 metres around the isolated danger mark.

A cancellation notice will be issued in due course.

All Mariners please be advised that there is a sunken vessel in Conwy Harbour.

Lat 53° 17′ 17.39” N Long 003° 49′ 22.29” W

Please be advised that the mast is protruding at high water and is marked with a yellow buoy.

A cancellation notice will be issued once the vessel is recovered.

Update to Local Notice to Mariners 24/2024

All mariners are advised that the base of C2 navigation buoy is on station but there is no top mark or light

A cancellation notice will be issued once the buoy has been relayed back in position.

All mariners are advised that Conwy Approach Channel Buoy C2 is temporarily off station.

A cancellation notice will be issued once the buoy has been relayed back in position.

All Mariners are advised to avoid navigation within Conwy Harbour due to the after effects of Storm Darragh.

The Harbour may be subject to underwater obstructions and a number of vessels are presently unsecured from their moorings.

A cancellation notice will be issued in due course.
