The 2019 shakedown cruise will be a trip through the Strait to Caernarfon with a stop-off at Port Dinorwic. We will be leaving as early as the tide allows on Saturday morning, so staying on your boat overnight Friday would be a good option – the earlier you leave, the less current to deal with in the Swellies. The itinerary is:
- Saturday 4th:
- Leave Conwy: 0800 BST (3.5m tide) – 0830 BST (4m tide)
- Through Swellies
- Arrive Port Dinorwic
- Sunday 5th:
- Sail from Port Dinorwic to Caernarfon
- Monday 6th:
- Return through the Swellies
