Notice of Commencement of Works- Spat Collector Recovery
The Wild Oysters Project- Native oyster (Ostrea edulis) Habitat Restoration, Conwy Bay: DEML2284
Spat collector recovery for The Wild Oysters Project, Conwy Bay (license number: DEML2284), is due to take place between 3rd and 31st January. The works will involve recovering two spat collectors, a type of aquaculture equipment, onto the seabed undertaken by the Conwy Harbour Authority, using the vessel Jac Y Do. Both collectors will be buoyed.

All Mariners are advised that under Marine Licence DML 1833v3 dredging at Conwy Marina will commence on 2 January 2024. A further notice will be issued when the temporary special mark marking the end of the dredging discharge pipe is laid.
