Outside Waiting Pontoon at Conwy Marina

We have received the following information from Jon Roberts at Conwy Marina:

I wanted to advise you that in the coming weeks we will be putting the outside waiting pontoon out of commission for a short period in order for us to facilitate the removal of the existing pontoons, dredging of the area and installation of the new outside waiting pontoon.

At this juncture we are not exactly sure of dates but envisage that the works will start sometime in March 2019 with a view to being completed prior to the start of the new season (April 2019), but could be subject to delays depending on current dredging works progress and pontoon manufacturers completion, delivery and installation dates but I will keep you informed of exact dates just as soon as I receive them.

In lieu of this major investment and improvement to the outside pontoon facility we will now be requiring that any excess equipment currently stored on the pontoons are removed on a permanent basis from the new facility and an alternate storage facility found.
