DESCRIPTION:\n\nJane Parker was the youngest member of Alan Barber’s expe
 dition to Iceland in 1988. They endeavoured to be the first team to kayak 
 the Hvita river from source to sea\, abseiling spectacularly down the Gull
 foss falls.\n\nThe Dyffryn Conwy Paddlers are hosting a talk by Jane about
  her trip. Come and hear whether it was achieved and see the newly compil
 ed extra-ordinary film footage!\n\nIncorporating a bring and share supper
  at the NWCC Clubhouse on Thursday February 13 at 19:00.\n\nCatering for
  this event is bring and share. Please let Penny (dcp@dmxl.co.uk) know wha
 t you hope to bring (savoury or sweet) so there is a varied spread.\n\n\n\
